Opening orders credit card ONLY. Sorry, no exceptions. Back-Orders will be left open on sales orders unless otherwise requested in writing.
Made-to-order & custom items require a 50% non-refundable credit card deposit to be charged before production begins. Balance is due in full at time of shipping.
Credit card required when order is placed. Order will not be processed until credit card is on file
(card will not be charged until order ships, but must be on file for order to be processed).
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with this information!
$30 NSF fee will apply to returned checks.
Declined credit card orders not resolved within 5 business days will be restocked
and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All backorders will remain open unless we receive a written cancellation. Items will ship as received.
Cancelled orders:

Shipping:
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice and are the customer’s
responsibility. Additional charges will apply to over-sized or
extremely heavy items, as well as to LTL freight shipments or
international orders.
Upon shipment, your invoice will be e-mailed to you (assuming you
provide a valid e-mail address) and a copy placed in the shipment box.
The invoice will include a shipment tracking number as well as the exact
shipping charges.
Please note that we offer drop ship services for your clients at a small
upcharge of $10.
Normal order processing times in our Santa Fe warehouse on in stock
product is approximately 2-3 business days. Of course, during peak
periods, you can expect a slightly longer order fulfillment time.
Exchanges:
Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Exchanges will not be accepted without a "return authorization number"
Client must arrange for exchange within 5 days receipt of goods
We do not accept returns, we only process exchanges
All credits on accounts - applied upon receipt on received merchandise
Variations and Standards:
Saddleman's of Santa Fe cowhides will naturally vary from hide to hide. Photo's depicted are a representation of the color, each hide will naturally vary.

Track your order:
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification via e-mail from UPS to track your package. You will also see the tracking number pasted on your invoice.
Caring for your cowhide product:
Generally used as a rug, a cowhide will give years of beauty and durability with minimal care. With light wear you can shake out the hide to remove dust or simply vacuum as you would any other rug without the brushes running.
The hide's natural oils resist staining, just wipe up any spills. If a stain should occur, use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush and rub with the grain of the hair. We recommend rotating your hide every 3 months in high traffic areas and not placing your cowhide in direct sunlight.
