Shipping charges will be added to your invoice and are the customer’s responsibility. Additional charges will apply to over-sized or extremely heavy items, as well as to LTL freight shipments or international orders.
Upon shipment, your invoice will be e-mailed to you (assuming you provide a valid e-mail address) and a copy placed in the shipment box. The invoice will include a shipment tracking number as well as the exact shipping charges.
Please note that we offer drop ship services for your clients at a small upcharge of $10.
Normal order processing times in our Santa Fe warehouse on in stock product is approximately 2-3 business days. Of course, during peak periods, you can expect a slightly longer order fulfillment time.
