Should you have questions about our products and services please contact us: Please allow two business days for us to fulfill your order. If we have any difficulty fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately. At this time we do not ship to Post Office Box addresses. Methods of Payment: If you are an international customer kindly contact us via e-mail to discuss shipping methods. Exchange Policy: Please adhere to this exchange policy; if you are not completely satisfied you may exchange your product within 5 days of delivery. You must first contact us directly to receive an exchange authorization number. We will not accept exchanges without an exchange authorization number written on the exterior of the package. We will only accept exchanges from UPS or FedEx. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We will exchange your order or credit your account within 48-72 hours after we receive your product in resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges incurred in your purchase will be deducted from your total before issuing a credit. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders that were either refused or not delivered because a person was not available to accept the order. Track your order: Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification via e-mail from UPS to track your package. Caring for your cowhide product: The hide's natural oils resist staining, just wipe up any spills. If a stain should occur, use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush and rub with the grain of the hair. We recommend rotating your hide every 3 months in high traffic areas and not placing your cowhide in direct sunlight.

Generally used as a rug, a cowhide will give years of beauty and durability with minimal care. With light wear you can shake out the hide to remove dust or simply vacuum as you would any other rug without the brushes running.
