Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification via e-mail from UPS to track your package. Caring for your cowhide product: The hide's natural oils resist staining, just wipe up any spills. If a stain should occur, use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush and rub with the grain of the hair. We recommend rotating your hide every 3 months in high traffic areas and not placing your cowhide in direct sunlight.

Declined credit card orders not resolved within 5 business days will be restocked
and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All backorders will remain open unless we receive a written cancellation. Items will ship as received.
Cancellations received after orders have been packaged and processed are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
9% average shipping and handling fee will be applied to all invoices.
Additional charges will apply to oversized or extremely heavy items, as well as to LTL freight shipments
(furniture etc.), or international orders.
Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Exchanges will not be accepted without a “return authorization number”
Client must arrange for exchange within 5 days receipt of goods

We cannot control customs brokers therefore estimated ship times may vary.
Generally used as a rug, a cowhide will give years of beauty and durability with minimal care. With light wear you can shake out the hide to remove dust or simply vacuum as you would any other rug without the brushes running.
